Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Communication and Troubleshooting: Interact with customers to address technical issues with chemiluminescence reagents, including troubleshooting, providing guidance on optimal usage, and ensuring customers have the support they need.
  • Application Training and Guidance: Train customers on how to use reagents properly, including conducting training sessions, creating instructional materials, and providing ongoing support.
  • Data Analysis and Customer Support: Analyze results generated using reagents and provide customers with insights and recommendations based on that analysis.
  • Market Analysis and Product Development: Stay up-to-date on market developments, including competitive products, customer needs, and emerging trends, and provide input into the development of new products or improvements to existing ones.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and above in Life Sciences, with at least 5 years of field application or product experience in the IVD industry or medical device industry.
  • Familiarity with chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) analyzers and CLIA reagents.
  • Extensive expertise in evaluating the effectiveness, accuracy, and reliability of chemiluminescence reagents.
  • English-speaking, with a willingness to adapt to and grow in a culturally diverse and multinational IVD company.
  • Proactive attitude and positive approach.
