Payroll Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll operations, you will be responsible for maintaining payroll information, collecting, calculating, analyzing, and entering data utilizing the UKGPro payroll system in accordance with policy and procedures.

Job Description:

Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures and have knowledge of what data and calculations are required in assigned areas. Develop a full understanding of the inputs and outputs of payroll cycles. Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, analyzing, and entering data utilizing the UKGPro payroll system in accordance with policy and procedures. Wage Verifications. Reporting and remittance of payroll deductions. Ensure complete, accurate, and timely processing of information.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a full understanding of the inputs and outputs of payroll cycles.
  • Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures and have knowledge of what data and calculations are required in assigned areas.
  • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, analyzing, and entering data utilizing the UKGPro payroll system in accordance with policy and procedures.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Ensure complete, accurate, and timely processing of information.
  • Collaborate with payroll colleagues as well as other business areas, including Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation, Finance, and Technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have relevant years of experience in Payroll Processing, a solid understanding of APAC payroll and payroll tax laws, excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, and detail-oriented skills. The ability to work independently or collaboratively and a quick learner with a self-starter mindset is also essential.
