Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the quality and testing of Salesforce applications
  • Collaborating with the development team, project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders
  • Planning, designing, developing, and executing tests to ensure feature functionality and reliability expectations
  • Contributing to testing practices and strategies with your peers
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in testing various Service Cloud functionalities, including case management, assets, entitlements, accounts, Knowledge Base, Service Console, Omni Channel routing
  • Basic understanding of Sales Cloud standard objects and Salesforce communities
  • Experience testing Salesforce applications in a fast-paced environment with frequent releases and builds
  • Understanding of Salesforce Application in Profile, Users, Roles, permission sets
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Classic features
  • Experience in creating and modifying reports and dashboards
  • Ability to plan, document, evaluate, track, and communicate testing results to ensure error-free deployments
  • Good experience in functional, integration, regression, system, ad hoc, and smoke testing
  • Must have experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and ability to work with Product Manager, Business Analyst, and Developers
  • Ability to interpret design and technical specifications and provide QA time estimates
  • Ability to analyze test results to discover and report on defects
  • Ability to provide status updates and identify and communicate risks in a timely manner
  • Ability to design, create test cases based on requirements and other supporting documents
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr tools
  • Good organization and problem-solving skills, with ability to work with peers and management
  • Four-year degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, information technology, or systems engineering
