Salesforce Solutions Consultant

Client-Facing Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Solutions Consultant at MaxVal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the configuration of our clients' Salesforce environments, ensuring they meet their project scope and requirements.
Design and deliver training for clients at various levels, including administrators and end-users, aligned with project implementation goals. Conduct discovery meetings with clients to determine their needs and preferences.
Deliver full migration and implementation plans that address both tactical and strategic needs of the client. Partner with the internal development team to create custom code, including composing user stories, testing, and deployment.
Internal Responsibilities
Own project delivery through the full implementation lifecycle on multiple simultaneous projects. Configure solutions with Salesforce products as needed to complete project goals. Plan and execute data migrations from legacy data systems to Salesforce. Investigate and implement third-party tools that integrate with Salesforce.
Provide weekly governance reports in a timely manner on the overall project(s) status to the project PM.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant. Salesforce Admin Certification is required. Additional Salesforce Certifications are preferred.
Experience working with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement custom solutions. Strong knowledge of Agile project delivery practices, requirements gathering, user story prioritization, and solid UAT guidelines required.
Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations, and other online collaboration tools like JIRA and Teams are required. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work as well as work independently is necessary.
Demonstrated business aptitude with the ability to translate practical business concepts into technical specifications. Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing client demands.
Learning agility, including a demonstrated ability to pick up and master business and technical subject matters quickly.
