We are looking for a skilled accountant to support our financial operations. This role is essential for ensuring timely and accurate financial records, efficient accounts payable management, and full compliance with tax and reporting obligations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial statements, post daily bank transactions, and manage monthly reconciliations in NetSuite
  • Record journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and balance sheet items
  • Monitor and ensure timely filing of Sales/Use Tax returns
  • Process vendor invoices, credit memos, and 1099s via Bill.com
  • Maintain and update financial systems using tools like NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, and CRM platforms

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with 2–5 years of experience in general accounting; AP experience preferred
  • Proficiency in software applications, including NetSuite, Bill.com, QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and CRM tools
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and strong attention to detail
  • Remote work experience with US clients required
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, organized work style
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic startup environment and evolve with new tools and workflows
