Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Danfoss. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing our HVAC Drives, PIBCV, and Turbocor Compressors to pharma end-users and consultants in the Eastern region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharma end-users and consultants to increase our share of wallet.
  • Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage commercial activities, including negotiation, documentation, and order/supply processes.
  • Collaborate with our regional team to support project-based initiatives and other regions as needed.

Requirements

  • Engineering graduate with 3-6 years of experience in engineering sales.
  • Knowledge of the HVAC market and products, preferably with experience in the pharma sector.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, with frequent business travel.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and other regional languages.
  • Ability to follow ethical procedures in all business interactions.
