Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

•Representing Danfoss HVAC Drives; PIBCV; Turbocor Compressors to Pharma End Users & Consultants in the Eastern region (primarily Odisha Pharma Belts; Datacentre end users & Consultants) and work towards increasing Share of Wallet with them.
•Developing rapport with Pharma End users and working with various Route To Markets to achieve overall – incl all 3 Product Lines
•Managing commercial activities, negotiation, documentation processes for order/supply, by taking internal support as required.
•Working with sales team through entire sales process including sales collateral, joint customer presentations, tender preparation, pricing, negotiating, contracting, etc. 
• Working with the regional team (including Channel Team) and support Project basis to other regions as and when required

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

•Engineering Graduate with 3 to 6 years of experience in engineering sales 
•Knowledge in HVAC Market & Products preferred – Fans, Pumps, Drives, Switch gears, BMS, etc.
•Prior experience in Pharma Sector – directly or with OEMs - Fan, Pump, AHU, Chiller highly preferred
•Self-motivated to drive growth through initiatives, communication skills & teamwork spirit
•Good communication skills in English (verbal & written) and other regional languages will be an added advantage.
•Ability and inclination to work under pressure and frequent business travel 
•Follow ethical procedures in all business interactions
•Most important is your business approach and interpersonal skills with customers at all levels. We expect you are strong at building and keeping good relations with new and existing clients
