Job Purpose

To support the Compliance team in handling all matters related to compliance operations, our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to assume this critical role.

  • Manage inward and outward communications with regulatory bodies.
  • Track and escalate key communications to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a list of members with Power of Attorney (PO) and Demand Drafts (DD).
  • Monitor Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) alerts and disseminate guidelines to members as required.
  • Organize and manage Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliances efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support and assistance in high-impact compliance initiatives.
  • Handle documentation of correspondence between the organization and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage custody of agreements and undertakings.
  • Draft agendas for board meetings.
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

  • A postgraduate degree from a reputable institution/university.
Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in compliance or a related field.
Skills

  • Adequate knowledge of regulatory functions.
  • Strong administrative support skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
