Job Title: Senior Legal Operations Manager

This is a high-impact role in lending operations, requiring a skilled legal professional with hands-on experience in securitisation, debt documentation, and co-lending structures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation for various financial and lending agreements. They will also coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide legal support accordingly.

Liaising with external counsels, lenders, and financial institutions will be a key aspect of this role, ensuring timely and compliant execution of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents: Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for various financial and lending agreements.
  • Legal Support: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide legal support accordingly.
  • External Liaison: Liaise with external counsels, lenders, and financial institutions to ensure timely and compliant execution of transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in the lending/financial services space.
  • Strong Legal Knowledge: Strong legal knowledge and prior exposure in co-lending structures, PTC / DA documentation, debt and borrowing transactions.
  • Desired Candidate Profile: Prior work experience in a FinTech, NBFC, or Banking environment is highly preferred.
