Job Description

As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading project teams in the implementation of agile methodologies. Your key responsibilities will include acting as a scrum master, facilitating agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams in the implementation of agile methodologies
  • Act as a scrum master and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Implement change management strategies to support project initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on agile best practices
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality standards

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean
  • Strong project management skills with experience in change management
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant Agile certifications
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in software development and IT projects
