Business Intelligence Analyst

Are you a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in data analysis and reporting? Do you have a passion for leveraging technology to drive business insights and decision-making?

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining management information systems that provide actionable insights and support business strategy.

  • Develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) to track business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Generate accurate and timely management reports, dashboards, and summaries using Power BI, Google Data Studio, and Advanced Excel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and ensure proper data collection.
  • Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and support business strategy.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
  • Optimize reporting processes to enhance efficiency and automation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of prior experience as an MIS Analyst or in a similar reporting role.
  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar BI tools.
  • Solid understanding of database management and data reporting concepts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
