Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager who can identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and develop strategic partnerships that drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2C sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with students through inbound and outbound calls, offering personalized study abroad guidance and building trust and rapport.
  • Schedule and conduct expert sessions and follow up in a timely manner to ensure conversions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to track leads and adhere to proper process standards.
  • Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2C business development, preferably in the ed-tech industry.
  • Proven success in B2C sales and business development.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • PASSION for global education and experience in the study-abroad domain is a plus.
