About the Role:

As a key member of our Freudenberg team, you will be responsible for maximizing the growth and profitability of our product line serving the Regional market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic direction, challenge, and motivation to the Regional industry sales team, distributors, and internal functional departments that support the team.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans, financial objectives, and operating plans, within the framework provided by Regional leadership.

Requirements:

You will need a Diploma/Graduation/Engineering in Rubber or Chemical, with 4 to 5 years of sales experience in rubber specialty Chemicals or R&D/Manufacturing experience in Rubber parts manufacturing industry.

Able to travel intensively in the region, with good hold on local languages and proficient in English communication.
