About the Role

  • Maintain a positive and professional tone while handling escalations and complaints, providing empathetic solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collect feedback from users and report recurring issues to improve the app experience, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user journeys and aligned business objectives.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service, user management, or client relations, with a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with a calm and empathetic approach to issue resolution.
  • Comfortable interacting with users, with a strong understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Bilingualism in English and another language is a plus, but not required.
