- Collect feedback from users and report recurring issues to improve the app experience, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user journeys and aligned business objectives.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, user management, or client relations, with a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving ability, with a calm and empathetic approach to issue resolution.
- Comfortable interacting with users, with a strong understanding of their needs and preferences.
- Bilingualism in English and another language is a plus, but not required.
