Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also be proficient in Google Sheets and Docs and customer support software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through various channels.
  • Provide accurate information about company policies and procedures.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to understand and address their concerns.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer feedback and ratings to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with company course offerings, updates, and promotions.
