Cityflo is a daily commute company that provides a comfortable, stress-free travel experience for corporate professionals, as an alternative to driving. With premium buses, a simple app and caring customer service, our passengers get the luxury of time in their busy schedules — where they can read their book, watch Netflix, nap or simply soak in the view of the city. We're bringing joy back to commuting, and turning around urban traffic woes in a big way.

Today, we run 380 buses and log 22000 daily bookings. After having established a strong product-market fit and building a profitable business in Mumbai, we've expanded services to Hyderabad and Delhi where the commute problem is as urgent and exciting. Over the next 1 year, we plan to scale to 500 buses and 50,000 daily bookings across all cities.

Role Overview:

As an Associate - Customer Support at Cityflo, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist in addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

● Respond to customer queries via chat, calls, and email

● Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and processes

● Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism

● Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction

● Maintain records of interactions and update the internal database

● Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary

● Support in documenting FAQs and best practices

Requirements:

● Good communication skills (English and Hindi/Marathi preferred)

● Basic computer knowledge and typing speed

● A problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn

● Patience and the ability to handle pressure calmly
