PAM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Privileged Access Management (PAM) Professional to join our team at a leading managed services provider.

As a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Professional, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, engineering, and managing PAM solutions from BeyondTrust to secure critical systems and infrastructure.

  • Configure and maintain privileged account vaults, password rotation policies, and access workflows
  • Troubleshoot PAM issues including credential vault failures, session recording errors, and access request failures
  • Integrate PAM solutions with other enterprise systems, such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and ticketing systems.

You will be working closely with security teams to implement zero-trust and identity governance models, enforcing multi-factor authentication (MFA), adaptive access policies, and role-based access control (RBAC) across hybrid environments.

Your experience in PAM, IAM, and authentication technologies should include strong expertise in BeyondTrust, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Azure PIM.

As a collaborative team player, you should have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a willingness to work in a 24/7 managed service environment when required.
