Business Operations Specialist:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated professional to spearhead business operations from scratch. As the Business Operations Specialist, the individual will act as a catalyst for growth, driving business success by putting all pieces together to create a cohesive whole.

The role requires managing business data and sharing actionable insights for improvement. The ideal candidate will spend equal time on the ground and behind the screen, owning both business inputs and outputs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage business data from individual function charters to the P&L of the business, drawing actionable insights out of it.
  • Owning business execution with leadership, including working on the field and owning business outcomes.
  • Act as a bridge between individual business functions and leadership, working closely with every function and helping them solve problems with support from management.
  • Create SOP's for the business and individual functions, productizing business operations through internal tech/third-party SaaS Solutions.
  • Play a key role in new city launches, acting as the city lead for on-ground operations during the initial launch period.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree from a reputable institution and MBA from a reputable institution.
  • Work experience of 1-5 years in sales and program management; preference given to experience in retail distribution/sales and BFSI.
  • Prior project management experience and high comfort with data dashboarding and analysis are mandatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of ownership, ability to switch context, and building new business skills quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
