Senior Engineering Leader

We are looking for a senior-level engineer to take on key technical leadership roles within our organisation.

This role involves leading the design, development and deployment of scalable services, collaborating with product management teams to envision future features and define architectures that align with business needs.

The successful candidate will lead technical architecture and design, advocating for technology investments and ensuring high-quality, secure and observable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 15+ years of experience in large-scale distributed system development, including effective tool use and automation.
  • Proven ability to drive engineering best practices through leadership and expertise.
  • Passion for building back-end services and APIs using modern architectures.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of data structures, asynchronous architectures and distributed algorithms.
