We're seeking a highly skilled Professional to join our team and lead the implementation of global workforce deployments. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in delivering measurable results across APAC, US, and EMEA.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise and drive success in fast-paced environments. You will partner with clients to deliver accurate and timely staffing solutions, building and maintaining a strong bench and vendor network to achieve high fill rates and reduced time-to-fill cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Partnerships: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Bench Management: Develop and maintain a robust vendor network to ensure high-quality candidates are available to meet client demands.
  • Consultant Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire consultant lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding to engagement, extension, roll-off, and redeployment.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with contracts, documentation, and local labor laws across multiple geographies, minimizing risk for our clients.
  • Liaison and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between consultants, client stakeholders, and internal delivery teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Deployment Expertise: Demonstrate a proven track record of success in deploying workforce solutions, driving measurable outcomes, and managing complex projects.
  • Cultural Competence: Possess strong stakeholder management skills, able to navigate diverse cultures and time zones with ease.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Excel in negotiation, contract management, and vendor development, driving mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with MSP/VMS platforms is an advantage, but not required.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Professional Experience: 5-8 years of experience in staff augmentation/workforce deployment, with a proven track record of success in reducing average time-to-fill cycles and driving high utilization metrics.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA/HR specialization is an asset.
