Lead Strategic Initiatives

This role involves driving key enterprise-wide initiatives, encompassing business planning and change management. You will identify key strategic issues facing the organization and provide insights and recommendations to drive growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will work collaboratively across functions to create buy-in and achieve deliverables, and will have the ability to work under limited supervision and high pressure.

You will support CXOs in interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, and will work on go-to-market strategy and annual business-wise plans. The ideal candidate will also lead and drive key strategic initiatives, developing comprehensive project plans and ensuring successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive key enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Identify key strategic issues and provide insights and recommendations
  • Support CXOs in interfacing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work on go-to-market strategy and annual business-wise plans
  • Lead and drive key strategic initiatives
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure successful execution

Qualifications:

  • Full-time MBA (preferably from a tiered B-school) or CA qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years PQE

  • Able to convert strategic ideas into actionable plans
