Job Title: Enterprise Infrastructure Strategist

About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned solution architect to design and implement our SCM suite and DevOps platform, driving efficiency and scalability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage SCM tools (Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible) to streamline processes.
  • Standardize and optimize CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications and teams.
  • Maintain high availability platforms ensuring 24/7 uptime and zero downtime during core business hours.
  • Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization frameworks.
  • Design and implement disaster recovery strategies with 1-hour RTOs.
  • Automate backup and restoration processes for 100% data recovery.
  • Enforce role-based access controls across systems and pipelines.
  • Evaluate and implement data encryption standards (data at rest, in transit, cryptographic key management).
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and industry security standards.
  • Integrate Okta SSO and implement OAuth/SAML-based authentication.
  • Manage secure authentication and authorization for developers, admins, and service accounts.
  • Collaborate with Dev, Infra, and Security teams to align with enterprise standards.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to DevOps and platform engineers.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior DevOps Engineer handling enterprise-grade platforms.
  • Strong expertise with Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible, and other CI/CD tools.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for HA, DR, and backup solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of IAM protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSO) and Okta.
  • Understanding of RBAC, data encryption, and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2 etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving, architecture design, and stakeholder management skills.
