Enterprise Planning Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Planning Expert to lead our team in designing, configuring, and delivering enterprise planning solutions. As a key member of our finance transformation program, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of complex planning applications across multiple domains.

Your expertise in forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling, allocations, and driver-based planning will enable you to create scalable solutions that meet our business needs. With a strong background in Oracle EPM and EPBCS, you will partner with finance leadership to align planning solutions with strategic initiatives, corporate reporting, and scenario modeling.

You will oversee the entire lifecycle of planning applications, from requirements gathering to deployment and hypercare support. Your exceptional leadership skills, combined with your technical expertise, will enable you to mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring the highest quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver complex planning applications for Capex, Opex, Workforce, Headcount, and Long-Range Planning.
  • Implement driver-based models, calculation rules, and planning templates for forecasting and budgeting cycles.
  • Partner with finance leadership to align planning solutions with strategic initiatives, corporate reporting, and scenario modeling.
  • Oversight of data flows, integrations, and hierarchies using Data Management and EDMCS.
  • Lifecycle delivery: requirements, design, configuration, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, and hypercare support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in Oracle EPM/Hyperion, with at least 7+ years in EPBCS/Planning Cloud.
  • Proven expertise in Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount Planning, and Long-Range Strategic Planning.
  • Deep knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling, allocations, and driver-based planning.
  • Strong experience in designing calculation rules (Groovy/Calc Manager), data forms, business rules, and Smart View templates.
  • Hands-on experience integrating EPBCS with ERP and EPM (FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, EPRCS).
  • Outstanding leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven experience leading multi-phase planning implementations with SDLC methodology.
