Leadership Position

As a Strategic HR Leader, you will be responsible for driving human resources goals and objectives aligned to the organization's vision.

Your primary focus will be on creating a positive and conducive work environment, implementing policies that promote productivity and efficiency of employees, and having proper performance and talent management processes in place.

  • Workforce Planning

    You will collaborate with stakeholders to create a workforce plan considering factors like staffing needs, budgeting, and assigned staff-to-patient ratio, market benchmarking, and employee development strategies.

  • Recruitment & Selection

    You will oversee the recruitment process, assign turn-around-time (TAT) for all positions, review critical open positions closely, have a funnel for candidates requiring most attention, define robust interviews and selection processes using assessment tools, and update MIS's and trackers.

  • Employee Development

    You will ensure an effective induction, orientation, and training plan for all employees, including functional training for Nursing and Clinical vertical teams.

  • Talent Management

    You will identify high performers and potentials, develop career paths, and design strategies to retain best talent.

  • HR Operations

    You will execute HR operations using HR Technology (HRMS & SAP), ensuring payroll preparation, compensation, benefits administration, transfers, increments, and statutory compliances.

  • Policies & Procedures

    You will develop and implement policies related to workforce planning, recruitment, selection, training, compensation, performance appraisals, talent management, rewards, employee experience, and HR technology.

  • Guidance & Leadership

    You will lead HR-related initiatives, provide guidance to vertical HR Heads, and think strategically to drive organizational success.
