Job Opportunity: Financial Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee capital requirements for our Corporate & Investment Banking division in Bengaluru.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and finalize monthly CIB RWA (Risk-Weighted Assets) and leverage reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify gaps in capital processes and drive corrective actions to enhance data quality and integrity.
  • Design and maintain high-quality MIS reports for RWA and leverage on a monthly and daily basis.
  • Engage with Risk, Operations, Technology, and Finance teams to track, remediate, and log RWA issues.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on PRA regulatory guidelines and Basel 3.0 / 3.1 capital requirements for CIB products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in Business Finance and Risk Management within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Deep understanding of CIB products across Trade, Markets, and Banking, along with Credit Risk RWA calculations.
  • Proven expertise in UK regulatory (PRA) guidelines and Basel capital frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across senior business and risk partners.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, data warehouse tools, and financial reporting systems.
