Description: We seek a seasoned professional with experience in implementing cloud-based financial planning and analysis solutions. As our ideal candidate, you will possess extensive knowledge of Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) and its integration with other Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of PBCS for clients across various industries, ensuring timely delivery and successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive project progress and adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized financial planning and analysis solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for financial planning and analysis, including data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new features within PBCS to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in solution offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • At least 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on cloud-based solutions and EPM tools.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial data and systems.
  • Experience with Oracle PBCS, Hyperion Planning, and other EPM tools is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with agile project methodologies and collaboration tools, such as Jira or Asana.
