Job Title: Fitness Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fitness facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain open communication with our format and operations team on all aspects of training experience and revenue generation.
  • Ensure adherence to established training and workflow SOPs, as well as leave and shift management policies.
  • Proactively take ownership of ensuring the proper working of all gym facilities and implement necessary maintenance steps.
  • Deliver exceptional personal training experiences to clients by maintaining benchmark performance rates and success achievement metrics.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • Certified from an internationally recognized body.
  • At least 5+ years of training delivery experience.
  • Strong motivation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Active CPR AED certification.
  • Proven success in team management and basic administrative skills with experience using Google Sheets and Google Docs.
