As a community celebrating the joy of fitness, offers various services including group workouts, gyms, personalized fitness solutions, and quality fitness products for the everyday athlete.

Role Description

You will be part of the expansion team operating the fastest growing fitness chain brands in India with a 600+ centre footprint pan-India.

The Expansion Program Manager is responsible for centre expansion across top cities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end program management & ownership on transformation process from site-> centre launch
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (e.g., Real Estate, Legal, Finance, Projects, City teams, Talent Acquisition, Sales/Growth teams, Audits etc) to program manage launch operations
  • Interface effectively with Franchise partners to ensure timely execution, payments, launch readiness & presales
  • Capital expenditure ownership & management (projects, equipment, other line items)
  • Improve launch process overall & Franchise partner satisfaction with new launches
  • Identify, communicate & problem solve any potential risk to launch centres on time & with great member experience

Desired Qualifications/Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in Project/Programme management, startup experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (engineering/law/commerce/mgmt)
  • Previous experience with franchise/client-based business preferred
  • Background in real estate/construction/retail expansion a plus
  • Sharp program management skills - building & executing SOPs, getting buy-in from multiple stakeholders & driving execution with high influence
  • Excellent problem solving abilities - hustle & think-on-feet in new situations, take executive decisions
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Process orientation - to identify and solve problems, and set up best practices
