Career Opportunity: Program Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple related projects to achieve organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of work experience in program management, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. They should be able to understand data, make informed decisions, and lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify areas for improvement and plan corrective actions.
  • Develop and execute new channels of growth, including improving ToF, VM campaigns, CRM campaigns, and offline initiatives.
  • Monitor hiring and churn across verticals and plan pilots/initiatives for testing and scaling.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly delivery, as well as conduct center visits to gather insights on customer experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • 2-4 years of work experience in program management, generalist profile.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to travel for center/field visits.
