Fitness Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Fitness Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining seamless communication with the Format and Operations Team on all aspects of Training experience and Personal Training revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve Sales Targets: Ensure achievement of agreed upon metrics for Training PR, PT PR, PT session completion %, PT renewal %, PT SOP completion %, Trial to pack cvr %, Lead generation, Goal achievement, and PT revenue generation on a monthly basis.
- Adhere to Operational Protocols: Adhere to training and workflow SOPs, leave, and shift management for Personal Trainers and general trainers.
- Provide Training Guidance: Provide sufficient training guidance on the gym floor for members to deliver a safe and effective training experience.
- Leverage Technology: Launch new product and experience features at the gym with proactive feedback and insight collection from members and trainers.
- Maintain Facilities: Maintain gym facilities and take necessary steps to ensure their proper working.
- Meet Performance Metrics: Ensure sufficient personal training targets are achieved on a monthly basis.
Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Certified from an internationally recognized body.
- 5+ years of Training delivery experience.
- Strong motivation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Active CPR AED certification.
- Proven success in team management and basic administrative skills with good experience in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
