Curefit Healthcare Pvt Ltd is a leading fitness company and wellness platform in India. Our mission is to make fitness accessible, fun and easy for everyone. We offer various services including group workouts, gyms and personalized fitness solutions as well as quality products for athletes.

As a strategic Head of Business Performance and Expansion for our Pilates vertical, you will be responsible for driving business growth, optimizing costs and ensuring profitability. This role requires strong operational expertise, business acumen and passion for fitness.

  • Driving revenue growth means identifying new market opportunities and customer demand while ensuring profitability through cost optimization
  • You will lead the expansion strategy across multiple locations requiring collaboration with Marketing, Operations, Product, HR and Central Teams
  • Identifying key performance indicators, tracking metrics and generating insights to drive data-backed decisions is crucial
  • Setting up and streamlining processes for new and existing centers is vital
  • Recruiting, managing and mentoring a high-performing team is also essential

We are looking for someone with 6+ years of experience in brick-and-mortar businesses. You should have a proven track record of delivering on P&L objectives.

Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration skills and analytical thinking are required. A strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities is ideal. Excellent communication, problem-solving and people management skills are also necessary.

A deep passion for fitness and wellness is beneficial. Ideally, you have a personal interest or background in Pilates, fitness or sports.
