Senior Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced fundraising professional to lead our efforts across various segments, including high net worth individuals, corporate partnerships, foundations, and digital giving.
About the Role:
As a fundraising director, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive 3-year strategy with targets by segment and program. You will also represent our organization with credibility, securing strategic partnerships and managing external relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Implementation: Develop a 3-year fundraising strategy with targets by segment and program.
- Partnerships & External Relations: Represent our organization with credibility; secure strategic partnerships and manage external relations.
- Brand & Communications: Partner with communications to run an integrated brand and fundraising calendar; oversee investment-grade proposals, decks, and impact reports.
- Team, Systems & Governance: Lead fundraising efforts across the organization; implement a CRM or DMS; establish clear SOPs, approval matrices, and data hygiene.
- Budgeting, Reporting & KPIs: Own the fund development budget; track ROI by channel; provide monthly board-ready dashboards: funds raised vs target, pipeline health, donor retention/upgrade.
What Success Looks Like: By Day 90, develop a board-approved 3-year strategy and year-1 operating plan with segment-wise targets; live CRM with X number of qualified prospects. By Day 180, secure ₹X crore in signed or near-close commitments; create a clear donor reporting plan with personalized journeys.
