Job Overview

As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting activities at the site. This includes recording site expenses and ensuring timely reporting to the head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records of cash flow.
  • Process invoices, verify bills, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Prepare site-level financial reports, including expense tracking and budget variance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
  • Assist with audits and ensure timely submission of required documents.
  • Coordinate with the central finance team for reconciliation and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent qualification.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in site-level accounting, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities at the site.
