Loan Documentation Specialist

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Loan Documentation Processor to join our team. As a Loan Documentation Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation for moderately complex loans.
Key Responsibilities:- Support in performing a variety of loan documentation duties to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform loan documentation for moderately complex loans, including interpreting Loan Documentation policies and analyzing applicant, property, and documentation.
- Process and close loan products, receiving direction from Loan Documentation supervisors and escalating non-routine questions.
- Manage an assigned pipeline of loans and provide guidance and training to other Loan Documentation individuals.
- Interact with immediate Loan Documentation team and functional area on routine processes.
- 2+ years of customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 2-3 years of experience in Pre-underwriting / Underwriting Support functions in US Home Mortgage.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work in any shifts, including late evening shifts.
