Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, efficient, and secure web applications using Ruby on Rails.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop full-stack web applications using Ruby on Rails, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and security.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Implement automated testing and deployment scripts to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of software updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js (v18+) and Redux.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API design and development.
  • Experience with modern frontend build tools: Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn.
  • Understanding of database design and optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with version control using Git and collaboration platforms (GitHub, GitLab).
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with testing frameworks: RSpec, Minitest (backend), Jest, Cypress (frontend).
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and deployment practices (Docker, CI/CD).
