Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer with solid experience in Ruby on Rails for backend development for building dynamic, responsive frontend applications. The person will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications.

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails code.
  • Develop modern, responsive front-end components using
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Model-View-Controller (MVC) framework

  • Knowledge of Test Driven Development principles and practices
  • Write clean, maintainable code with good test coverage.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and system design.
  • 3-5 Years of Experience with Ruby on Rails
  • (Bonus) Support or develop mobile features using Flutter if applicable.
