  4. Optimize performance and provide technical support on database and software issues.

Required skills and qualifications include understanding of RDBMS basics, 3+ years of experience with SQL databases, knowledge of TSQL, and exposure to SSIS or ETL tools.

Nice-to-have skills include application and database design experience, experience working in product companies, and Microsoft Visio proficiency.
