RiverForest Connections is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to lead our global procurement efforts. As Director - Procurement Global Tech Services, you will be responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives and overseeing procurement operations across multiple geographies.
Responsibilities
- Lead procurement for a range of services, including employee transportation, facility management, and workspace development.
- Ensure cost-effective sourcing, contract management, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Oversee procurement related to operational and capital expenses, including design and build projects for office spaces, HVAC, MEP, and other engineering services.
- Conduct supplier onboarding, evaluation, performance management, and risk management.
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Perform market analysis and price benchmarking for commodities, ensuring competitive pricing and value for the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with an MBA in supply chain management.
- 15 years of experience in the service industry, with at least 6 years in a managerial role handling infrastructure and admin commodity sourcing.
- Experience in handling sourcing for multiple geographies, including India, the US, and the UK.
- International experience outside of India is preferred.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, TQM, and ISO certifications is a plus.
