**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Leader to join our team at RiverForest Connections. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the procurement function for infrastructure and administrative commodities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives to ensure cost-effective procurement practices.
- Oversee procurement activities related to operational and capital expenses, including design and build projects for office spaces.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Perform market analysis and price benchmarking for commodities to ensure competitive pricing and value for the company.
- Develop and implement contracts from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, preferably with an MBA.
- At least 15 years of experience in the service industry, with at least 6 years in a managerial role handling infrastructure and admin commodity sourcing.
- International experience outside of India is preferred.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, TQM, and ISO certifications is a plus.
