Key Responsibilities
- Develop enduring relationships with B2B partners, including architects and interior designers.
- Cultivate a continuous lead funnel through business development activities.
- Collaborate with B2B partners to close deals.
- Take full ownership of leads from initial contact to closure.
- Work closely with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle ad hoc work effectively.
Qualification & Experience
- Postgraduate degree in a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales or equivalent.
- Preferably prior experience in Luxury Sales or similar.
