Job Description

Lead Content Editor & Team Lead - Insurance Domain

The ideal candidate will oversee the content team and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of blogs for clients in the insurance space. They will possess exceptional editing skills and the ability to lead, coordinate, and streamline team efforts.

  • Manage the content team to ensure a smooth workflow and alignment with client expectations.
  • Edit, proofread, and refine all insurance-related blogs to maintain a high editorial standard.
  • Ensure content is accurate, compliant, well-structured, and aligned with client tone and insurance-specific guidelines.
  • Monitor team productivity, set clear deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of insurance-focused content.
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers to improve overall writing quality.
  • Act as point of contact for client deliverables and internal coordination.
  • Handle last-minute requirements and ensure team adapts quickly.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Content Editor / Senior Content Writer / Team Lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail, especially in insurance-related content.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of insurance blogs, SEO basics, and content structuring.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
