HR Manager Job Opportunity

This is an exciting chance for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to take on the role of HR Manager.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling and supporting the growth of our team, implementing and enhancing our employer brand, attracting and hiring new team members, organizing successful onboarding, and coping with challenges like cultural differences and a fast-paced market.

The HR Manager will support employee retention by ensuring stable local HR operations and processes, attractive benefits, and the personal development of team members through training and learning opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Execute end-to-end recruitment for all vacant positions, clarify internal profiles/positions with hiring managers, and align the recruiting strategy.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance and strengthen our employer brand, set up measures specifically for the region, define local target universities, establish cooperation, and select career fairs and other recruiting events.
  • Onboarding: Ensure general onboarding of new team members, responsible for the onboarding and integration process according to corporate standards, coordinating new hire orientations, and identifying and fulfilling all legal and administrative requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent HR services and administration, creating HR solutions where necessary, partnering with and advising leadership on all HR-related topics, and implementing attractive local benefits.

Requirements:
  • Strong expertise and work experience (8-13 years) in the field of HR in a global company, ideally in the field of SaaS or digital consulting.
  • Very good knowledge of recruiting channels, existing network to local headhunters/recruiting agencies, experience with high-volume recruiting together with an external service provider, payroll experience, and extensive knowledge of employment laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in MS Office and HR software.
