Senior Human Resources Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end human resources operations, drive employee engagement, and act as a strong link between management and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage recruitment processes for various roles.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Handle payroll, salaries, provident fund (PF), Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and statutory compliance matters.
- Conduct performance evaluations and track attendance records.
- 4–7 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
- Prior experience in Real Estate HR is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee-handling skills.
