Job Title: Creative Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced creative supervisor to lead our team.

  • Execute creative concepts in collaboration with copy partners under the direction of the creative director.
  • Bring 3-5 years of experience in ad design and visualization.
  • Have a breadth of style and design capability across digital, social, and integrated mediums.
  • Conceptualize ideas quickly and identify creative thinking towards big ideas.
  • Present big ideas to clients using various techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design, web standards, concepts, and industry trends.
  • Visualize concepts and interpret them into design.
  • Take ownership of creative work and lead the design team by example.
  • Ensure the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product.
  • Provide insightful, creative executions that positively impact a client's business.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the design team.
  • Act as the main point of contact in the team for account management and project management.
  • Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Have good conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills.
  • A bachelor's degree or diploma from a reputed design school will be an added advantage.

Required Skills: Adobe Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator, AE, Premier Pro, Midjourney / AI
