Job Title

We are seeking an accomplished visual storyteller who can transform creative ideas into impactful visuals.

The ideal candidate will possess not only design tool proficiency but also the ability to bring concepts to life with imagination, precision, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop visually compelling concepts, layouts, and artworks for campaigns across various mediums.
  2. Translate briefs into captivating visual narratives while adhering to brand guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and creative leads to craft integrated campaigns.
  4. Deliver high-quality designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that breathe life into ideas.
  5. Explore and experiment with new design styles, trends, and techniques to maintain creativity and freshness.
  6. Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  7. Guide and mentor junior designers where needed, sharing expertise and design best practices.
  8. Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining exceptionally high creative standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design or visualisation (preferably in an agency setting).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects is a plus).
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to receive feedback positively and refine ideas quickly.
  • A keen eye for detail and the capacity to balance creativity with functionality.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
