The Asia-Pacific region is embarking on a transformative journey with the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.

A dedicated professional will be at the forefront of this initiative, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training programs to ensure a seamless transition and optimize operational efficiency.

This role involves close collaboration with global and regional stakeholders to guarantee that all users are proficient in the new system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design a strategic training plan aligned with the global SAP S/4HANA deployment roadmap.
  • Evaluate training needs through consultation with business units, IT teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop role-based training curricula covering all relevant modules and processes.
  • Foster a blended learning approach incorporating instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, workshops, and hands-on labs.
  • Oversee the scheduling and delivery of training sessions across multiple countries in the APAC region.
  • Ensure accessibility of training materials, environments, and resources.
  • Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously refine training content and delivery methods.
