About our organization

As a hub for driving our technology, business, analytics, and shared services strategy, we are looking for an expert to help drive future process and technology modernization, automation & enhancements within the Expense Procure to Pay accounting processes and systems in connection with functional and enterprise initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document and design end-user reports and reporting requirements to meet business needs.
  • Drive change acceptance, articulate benefits, and design training for process owners and customers to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Update existing and create new test scripts for various testing cycles for quarterly releases and new enhancements to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Identify key areas of overlap with and impact on other areas and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Research and document business requirements for accounting systems related to individual workstreams and validate recommended solutions independently to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and support recommendations to senior leadership regarding required system and process design and related testing, validation and configuration to optimize business performance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, consultants, and finance and accounting personnel, to replace and modernize complex legacy financial systems and processes within designated workstreams to drive business growth.

This role will be part of the Indirect Purchasing and Accounts Payable workstream focused on spend management and accounts payable modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud procurement and accounts payable modules.

The scope of this workstream includes the end-to-end indirect purchasing process, including but not limited to vendor set up, creation and approval of purchase orders (PO), indirect purchasing catalog management, invoicing, data entry, payment, and pay audit. It also includes the non-PO indirect spend process.
