We are seeking an experienced SAP finance transformation expert to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving business value through the effective implementation of SAP solutions.

As a senior consultant, you will collaborate closely with finance leadership to assess initiatives for SAP standard fitment, ensure governance and compliance, and enable analytics to support smarter decision-making.

  • Act as the primary liaison between IT and Finance stakeholders.
  • Partner with VP Finance and Global Process Owners to intake, prioritize, and deliver finance-related initiatives.
  • Drive alignment with standard SAP processes, challenging non-standard requests when necessary.
  • Provide expertise in SAP FICO and PS modules—covering design, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Support integration of Finance with Procurement and other business functions.

Key Skills:

  • 10–15 years of experience in SAP FICO and PS.
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes: AP, AR, GL, Asset Management, Controlling, Project Costing.
  • Proven ability to evaluate initiatives against SAP standards and propose best-fit solutions.
  • Experience as an IT Business Partner, Business Analyst, or Service Manager in Finance/Procurement.
