About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified professional to fill the position of Company Secretary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring corporate secretarial compliance, including ROC filings, Board/AGM support, and statutory records.
  • Managing GST compliance: returns, audits, assessments, and departmental correspondence.
  • Overseeing Income Tax compliance: filings, assessments, advisory, and representation support.
  • Performing day-to-day accounting, finalization of accounts, and statutory reporting.
  • Liaising with regulators (MCA, ROC, GST, and Income Tax departments).
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Hold CS Qualified or Semi-Qualified (ICSI) certification.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounting, GST & Income Tax.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of company law, taxation, and compliance procedures.
  • Be based in Thrissur office — local applicants only.
