Full Stack WordPress Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack WordPress Developer to join our high-velocity web team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the full WordPress stack, experience with page builders, and the ability to implement responsive, fast, and well-structured sites.

  • Develop new WordPress sites using Flywheel hosting and internal templates
  • Build out full-site experiences using page builders like Spectra Pro, Elementor, or Block Editor
  • Convert Figma designs into responsive, high-quality web pages
  • Configure themes, menus, custom post types, and plugin setups based on project scope
  • Implement SEO best practices, caching, and image optimization

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in repeatable build systems, uses AI tools like Cursor to work smarter and faster, and prioritizes quality above all else.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional WordPress development experience
  • Hands-on experience with page builders like Spectra, Elementor, or similar
  • Familiarity with Flywheel hosting, staging workflows, and WordPress migrations
  • Ability to implement front-end styling with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
  • Proficiency using Cursor or similar AI tools for improving dev speed
  • Strong attention to design fidelity and responsive UI execution
